Stephen made the purchase of a home for my family an amazing experience. I had talked with another realtor who very quickly made it evident that the properties I was interested in were going to be too much trouble for him to show. Stephen not only showed me the properties I was interested in but found several others. He took time to understand the needs we had and our concerns. We drove from NY and met him for a whirlwind day of house hunting on a Saturday and he helped us find the perfect house for our needs in 1 day! The one that was best for us was a little beyond the top end of what we had budgeted but with his knowledge of the situation he skillfully helped us negotiate and we were able to come in at budget. Stephen is a great realtor. He takes the time to really get to know you and understand what the perfect house looks likes for you. He is very driven and committed to his clients.
